      Pros

      There are pretty much unlimited hours, so if you are a workaholic it may be good for you.

      Cons

      Management treats you like numbers. favoritism is not uncommon. supervisors will yell in your face if you mess up. EMS pay is not where it should be ANYWHERE, but especially here. They will mandatory hold you over a lot.

      All the hours you could possibly want to work are available.

      Cons

      Constantly being asked to work ot, constantly bugged while off duty by management and others about charts, shift coverage, etc

      Pros

      Management changed right before I got hired and they were excellent. The pay is competitive

      Cons

      They cover a number of counties and you are expected to learn all of them. Lots of training, about 1 year or more before you are completely trained
