      I made the right choice a few years back, when deciding which offer to accept. And I still feel that way.

      Pros

      Having a voice which leads to opportunities. Everyone is heard here.

      Cons

      Linking some of the remote offices and staff in a better way, so as to make it feel like we're all under one roof. Still get that feeling of segregation sometimes. Nothing that can't be fixed though!
