      Pros

      Good people with a lot of experience, good office enviroment, work from home, flexible hours.

      Cons

      Better than any Croatian employers I worked for, but it is a corporation. They are always trying to cut the costs as much as possible, they see Croatian employees as a low-cost employees and it shows. Salary is competitive, again, especially for a Croatian standard. The only good benefit is extra health insurance. Salaries are slow to grow.

      Cons

      The economy is tough right now but what about other RPO companies e.g Cielo, Korn Ferry, who are thriving and getting recognized at the Baker Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings, maybe AMS can learn something from their competitors
