Full Time Benefits They really try to grow their company culture virtually so weekly/monthly meetings with your team

Cons

When it comes to the client you are only a contractor, there's a divide No bonuses you need to present WHY you think you are eligible for a Raise/Promotion Job Description does not align to actual work your client has you doing.

Internal politics Terrible performance review system where everyone limped in one group and bonus does not reflect profit/individual performance Work life balance and valuing of employee well being very low

RPO does not really allow Sr resources to do a lot of change manaagement Usually the client drives the engagement Not much exposure to sr leadership on the client side
