      Pros

      Collaborative environment, supportive team but the internal HR in Manila is rotten to the core. Whatever kind of transformation and rebranding you do will not save the company as long as you don't address what's rotten inside.

      Cons

      Fatty The leadership Brits fill their calendar with meetings, pat their back of how well done and productive they are. Then of course the seniority, your highness knows it all but when you asked her about day to day operations - 🙄🙄

      Great Learning Experience with Scope for Improvement

      Working at AMS has been a strong learning experience for me, especially in Talent Acquisition. I got exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring, including bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and stakeholder management. The organization provides a structured environment, and there are opportunities to work with global clients, which helps in building professional maturity. The team is supportive, and collaboration is encouraged, especially during high-pressure hiring cycles.

      Cons

      At times, the workload can become quite intense, particularly during peak hiring periods, which can impact work-life balance. Growth opportunities and salary increments could be more competitive compared to market standards. Additionally, internal processes can sometimes feel rigid, leaving limited flexibility in decision-making.
