      Not what it once was

      Pros

      Progressive fast growing RPO company. Lots of good tools and technology. Some strong management in the US and overseas (UK).

      Cons

      It is an RPO. Too much sales and not enough execution. Leadership does not really care about team members and will work them to the bone to hit the numbers and make the client happy. Even it that involves being dishonest.

      Pros

      The health benefits were pretty good and I liked members of my team before they all left.

      Cons

      Its a UK-centric company and the US employees are treated like second-rate employees. Expect to work easily 10-12 hour days and it still won't be good enough for management. It's a revolving door of employees. The company wants to think that it is very collaborative and edgy but it's a very unhealthy, backstabbing environment and you can't trust anyone. No appreciation for loyalty and years of employment and the same people are recognized on monthly calls over and over.

      Work from home flexibility and ability to move to different accounts

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know how to communicate, they like to spread the team too thin and still expect us to meet our SLA’s in a timely fashion.
