I had an excellent manager and team, benefits and pay

Cons

Upper management did a horrible job communicating layoffs, lays did not come from your manager they came from somebody you barely knew. When I was hired I was told of all the room to transfer to other accounts if your account was having issues. I left a stable position to go to AMS when that was not at all true, there is nowhere to go once my account stopped hiring.

I’ve never had such a bad manager. She has complaints piling up, yet HR and management turn a blind eye because she was one of the first employees at the Ohio branch.
