The services to employees are the worst I have ever known in my 10 year plus career. The bare minimum expected is to pay you correctly and send your tax for filing. They filed my tax wrong not for 1 year but 2 meaning I have been heavily fined (circa HKD 35k) plus have paid more tax than i should due to their wrong filing which i cannot claim back. I am still chasing to try and reclaim this from AMS nearly a year after leaving the firm. Every time I receive a message from Inland Revenue I am filled with dread over what new fines I may need to pay due to these issues. Its a like a weekly reminder of how poor they are in these areas and why i would never work for them again. AMS still haven not taken any responsibility claiming it was the firm they outsourced this to who made the errors.
