First off, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're sorry that your experience at AMTdirect didn't match our intention of being a great place to work. We are truly committed to creating a positive, encouraging, and motivating culture, so I'm disappointed to hear about your experience. I wanted to take a moment to address a few of your specific concerns. AMTdirect is continuously looking for ways to enhance our employee benefits, so any suggestions you have are more than welcome! We currently offer a very competitive benefits package including 3 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, a 401K plan with match, 75% of cost of medical coverage, 100% dental coverage, and life and long-term disability. Also, as we have grown so quickly (over 300% last year alone), we recognize the need for more documentation and training around our processes and are currently working to improve. In fact, we just added another project manager to help with this very thing. Thanks again for your feedback.
