Pros
It is a friendly environment. Easy to create a long term career. $3 lunches are provided. Get exposed to different technologies.
Cons
Product owners do not know what they are doing. They have no clue what the customer requirements are and ask engineers what they should do. No idea what is going on half the time after the Harman takeover, it is as though they do not know what to do with is. The company is going down hill and I wont be surprised if sold or downsized in coming weeks.
