Pros

Short drive to work. $3 lunches.

Cons

No initiative taken by anyone. Employees were too comfortable after being there for years. No one wanted to learn better ways to improve their skills. Managers once they got their roles never wanted anyone else to shine. Too arrogant and highly incompetent.

Pros

Nice facilities. Seems like the company is trying to please its employees.

Cons

Not enough work to keep employees busy. I only had enough work to keep me busy about 2-3 hours a day. I was bored out of my mind.
