I am sorry that things didn't work out for you while working at AMain. I'm kind of scratching my head on you posting 'lack of advancement opportunities' because many of our employees have moved to various positions and into management from other positions. Of course, it's those employees who put in effort, have hunger and drive, are dedicated, and are team players, that succeed at AMain. Communication is always a difficult one and one that we're always working to improve, but it's also a two-way street. We sometimes don't know what is going on with an employee unless they come and talk to us. ~ Kelly Bennett, CPO
