      Co-workers are friendly and support one another since management refuses to.

      Cons

      Upper management is incredibly toxic. They pretend to care/listen but don't offer any support to implement change. There is an incredible amount of gossip. Work gets dumped on a few people. The pay is absolute trash and they give all their bonuses, bigger pay increases to the people who sit in offices and don't actually interact with the clients who keep the bank in business. Training isn't structured in a way that helps when facing actual clients. Technology is ancient and you spend the majority of your time dealing with IT issues. 8-5pm work day is incredibly strict. Not a minute less or minute over. If you happen to use your sick time, you will deal with unprofessional attitudes. DO NOT WORK HERE if you value your mental health.
