      Pros

      ANB Bank is just right as far as banks go. It’s not a small bank without the resources to keep their employees happy, and it’s not a huge bank that struggles to be consistent, it’s a mid size bank with the right amount of everything. Everyone I work with is passionate and loves their job. Management is supportive of growth and improvement and they promote those who work hard. I will work here for as long as I can.

      Cons

      The negative with ANB is the same with every bank. Banker/Teller turnover. Although I have seen much worse.

      None at all. Don’t ever work here.

      Cons

      Everything else you can read that is bad about ANB Bank in other reviews is true. The pay is terrible, management is clueless, the work is pushed onto only a few employees, and anyone that is actually good at their job will quickly want to leave. I also have heard that they like to talk badly about former employees after they leave even though many of them, like myself, were nominated for Employee of the Quarter a few times while we were there. Several of us even won one or two before we left. This is without a doubt the worst place I ever worked at and was the worst job I have ever had.

      Pros

      You get paid twice a month and get paid holidays.

      Cons

      They let “Managers” bully and verbally abuse employees and when brought to attention to HR and upper management no disciplinary action is taken and good employees are run off. Not sure how there is no lawsuit against them for these types of situations.
