Pros

Managers allowed to express team members views Team members were very co-operative and helped each other. Joined as a fresher, I learned SQL SERVER and .NET from my team members. Now I am good in SQL SERVER and .NET Good process Company is encouraging our skills set training.

Cons

Bike parking problem Should have enough parking slot
