Pros

Flexible organization that allowed me to try many different roles. Good worklife balance. Great benefits. Values employees.

Cons

Lost innovation many years ago when status quo became acceptable. Lost risk-taking as they got big. They don't understand their role in technology anymore. Content - media - high tech?
