Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you found AORN's pay, benefits, and opportunities provided to be strong. These are areas we work hard to maintain for AORN. We also understand how difficult workforce reductions can be, and we're truly sorry that your experience ended that way. These decisions are never taken lightly and are made with the long-term health of our organization in mind. We wish you all the best in your next chapter and appreciate the contributions you made during your time with AORN.

Pros

Culture is the best that I have seen anywhere. Everyone supports each other and the people are all great. Benefits are amazing.

Cons

Getting promoted is difficult and unlikely even if you are really good at what you do. Same thing with raises. You start with a good salary but the raises are small.
