Pros

Flexible hours. Atmosphere is laid back but really smart, focused, and committed staff. Company makes an effort to always have employee events.

Cons

Small, so no room for growth or expansion unless someone leaves. Upper management skews in favor of an older demographic so can be resistant sometimes to change. Non profit payscale.
