Pros
Individual employees are very friendly and great to work with. Existing products are actually very good and perform as claimed. Work hours are generally 8-5 (or 9-6) with little expectation of working after hours or on weekends.
Cons
Owner/President has the employees living in fear. He is a bully and treats the employees disgracefully. My manager was great - but he had limited control due to the overbearing president. As a result of the president's behavior it is a difficult place to work. Pay is below market. The Benefits are terrible! Medical out of pocket premiums are high and coverage is terrible. Dental doesn't actually cover much so get ready to fork out a lot from your own pocket! Don't believe any 4 or 5 star reviews, especially for 2024 - They are fake and created by management.
