Pros

It has a small company feel with a big company benefit- there is a genuine feeling of community and patient focus that you would find in a smaller company, but also has the benefits that come with a larger organization (competitive pay, room for growth, etc)

Cons

Very fast-paced, not really a con just not the environment for everyone

Pros

There are a couple of employees there that made going to work enjoyable.

Cons

The benefits are outrageously expensive, which, being IN the medical field, you would think insurance wouldn’t be unaffordable but it is. They go through office managers like no other, so of course the flow and the way things are done changes on a regular. They don’t care about their employees and will be dropped them in an instant.

Pros

you don't have to work weekends, nights or (most) holidays, most employees work four days per week,

Cons

Poor management, no respect for employees, you will never have a definite schedule as providers may add on patients in the morning or at the end of your day without asking, pay is below average, management has been known to terminate employees for no reason, your vacation requests are seldom approved, Office continues to grow and bring in more revenue but that is not reflected in your salary, there is no legitimate training program, most employees go without a lunch break
