      Undervalued workers / Poor Management.

      Pros

      Free food when clients came to visit. Co-workers were great.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Over worked staff. Senior Executive Management constantly pushing more and more projects on their employees and if you didn't reach their deadline you are reprimanded while they just sat and googled on their phones and then walk out of the office on time at the end of their day while you were left in the office working late to try and catch up on your already huge work load.

      Flexible schedule, health benefits, lots of perks from hotels

      Cons

      Turn over massive, and when the owners like someone they hire them as a new boss or a "VP" so at any given time you have 2-7 people telling you what to do and stepping on eachothers toes
