Can’t take holidays over school holidays Can’t take a leave when others take leave (there’re over 10 staff, which means you can’t take leave 50 weeks over the year) High turnover staff. People decline the job during the interview, during the training and after the training. Highly stressful environment. Unrealistic expectations from the management.
