Pros
Helpful team members in every department (aka help with training). Technology company with potential. Remote/Hybrid work Good Experience for your resume Vacation/Holiday benefits are nice Limited Micromanagement
Cons
There are good accounts and bad accounts (if you get a bad account your manager may not understand, or care, about the work load and you will burn out due to no work/life balance). They will say you don't work weekends, but you will definitely work weekends. Training is basically learn as you go. The accounting process is bad which causes a lot of unpaid invoices - you will have to troubleshoot often as well as deal with a lot of unhappy suppliers. Depending on your manager - you could have very minimal management support and possibly a manager that is reactive versus proactive. Depending on your manager - you could get the manager that rages and belittles you in front of your colleagues and client. Depending on your account - you could experience constant changes in processes. For a technology company - you will find there are a lot of excel spreadsheets used for a variety of tracking versus using technical platforms that could be more efficient.
