      excellent work life balance organization works well as a high performing team. team focus on solutions- not blame many new members have joined the organization due to increasing sales. great picnics and xmas party.

      Pros

      Company genuinely care about improving their staff and org development. Open and honest about state of company, and recognise high-performing employees. Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; its a fair trade.” Great culture at work and good office culture.
