      Some really good people who want to do a good job. Turnaround of company performance in last few years is positive.

      Cons

      Its command and control style leadership. Metrics are overburdening. Too many meetings. Leaders talk a good game and do not deliver. Leaders are out of touch with what happens on the front line and set unrealistic expectations.
