Its command and control style leadership. Metrics are overburdening. Too many meetings. Leaders talk a good game and do not deliver. Leaders are out of touch with what happens on the front line and set unrealistic expectations.
The vending machines in the break room. Flexibility with work hours.

Pay is very low. They are very demanding. Constant turnover. Morale is very low. Engineering is required to do other peoples jobs. Management can never stick to a plan. They change direction constantly making it impossible to be successful and efficient.
