      Pros

      Clean plant, easy work.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, creating stagnant employees with no desire to strive. Mainly due to foreman not doing there jobs and letting there "buddies" get away with murder and only offering them overtime.

      Pros

      Had some good bosses in the past that help me to further my career and allowed me to create some challenging programs.

      Cons

      Having management give unrealistic goals and setup for failure. Software projects were pushed aside to do engineering contracts and goals on projects were undervalued. Boss would as for timeline but push other work into work week, with no knowledge how many hours of work are to be non-development time.
