      API has been the best on-boarding experience for me in all of my career. From the first day I have been provided the necessary details and knowledge to become a successful peer within the company. They understand if I am being cared for I will in return be beneficial in return.

      I really haven't had a bad experience in my first 90 days.

      They changed supervisors and manager a lot and the new ones always wanted to change the way we worked, so it was a little frustrating

      Pay was decent. Nice people working there. Really enjoyed the fruit basket for onboarding.

      Cons

      No clear direction. Employees lacked basic skills. People talked behind each others backs.
