-I have been at API for a bit over 2 years, the growth I have seen from this company since my start date is unparalleled in the manufacturing industry. -Adaptable work environment to consistently unique engineered products -Willing and receptive to process improvements and great dialogue with customers -Customers who left during the "lean years" have been flocking back

-The company has recently ramped up production to nearly double what they have done - with this type of growth there is expected to be some growing pains with old ideologies and "the way things were always done" -401K match leaves something to be desired
