Early pay day compare to other companies.

Cons

Cut cost implemented causing employees get less benefit, management keep on reducing head count for some departments which affected others to do extra works and no work life balance.

Working remotely. Working in a global enterprise environment. The different aspects of the types of business that was conducted.

Cons

I loved the work but IT Senior Management were not IT people. Long hours without recognition.
