I observe an interesting experiences with the unprofessional behavior for some of the staff in this company. Example: some employees love to shout ranging from small to petty issue. Certain "Managers" and "Directors" enjoy doing table banging, mouse slamming and foul languages. People are really unfriendly and nosy without regards of individual privacy. Some IT staff are lazy. Recruiter/hiring manager lie or exaggerate to you during interview. High turnover from new employees and there's even employee who's willing to leave without securing a job. Interestingly there's some contract staff who refuse to stay. There's even newly converted staff who resigned. HR is incompetent and double standard. Spotted HR staff with a bag full of water bottle from meeting room even though we're not allowed to consume it for personal consumption. "Use your resources" is overly used. Different regions and departments is too political and in some cases behave like feudal lord.

People are promoted due to relationship to the top management, even though their projects are delayed and eating a lot of money.
