      Salary is okay. work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      Those from the NOL dominated the culture. Too many old staff here. Working at a very slow paced. People are really cold, unfriendly and nosy. Unhealthy company politics. Too old fashion way of working.

      colleagues are quite nice within the team, location is very convenient

      Cons

      Too much politics between US and Singapore, as well as the different teams. No one would take the responsiblity, everyone turns to be very defensive and have to keep all the envidence whenever you do anything... Too much work and life work not balanced. everyone is strentched but some position can open for 6 months to 1 years... I guess management intended to do that.
