      Good brand, most leadership care about employees, pretty good career opportunities, especially if you're open to relo; new ownership (KWE) better than former (NOL)

      Pros

      Teammates are great supporters of each other. Matching 401K. Other than that none.

      Cons

      HR is totally in able to do their job, don't ever expect a reply to email or follow up. Work / Life balance is non-existent Work long late hours with no relief Managers are nice but do nothing to fix the problems Don't get paid enough for work or hours Little to no help Lots of inexperienced people are promoted Poor training program "Use your resources" is overly used Little to no direct help from anyone
