Global company with large employee base. Profitable and pays well for managers. Flexible and good 401K.

Cons

3PL industry in general is not so desirable. All about reducing pay and benefits of warehouse workers. Come in, take over and hiring the same staff at temp wages and positions.

Seemed like a great opportunity to joined a company that appeared to be on the rebound and starting to grow again.

Cons

Very dysfunctional senior management group, especially the commercial team. They do not seem to have a purpose but to sell without regards on how the operational team will successfully run the business.
