Pros

Benefits are good as well as PTO. Pay is decent and most of the other employees are pretty good to work with.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Management can at times be indirect and hardly seen throughout the day. Some employees are allowed to get away with career murder at times.

Pay level is below industry average. Employee time and work load micro managed Little opportunity for advancement Middle management people skills minimal to non existent Overall a very unprofessional atmosphere
