The learning of the QC process a lot to learn. You get to learn new things everyday. A lot of over time .

Cons

Have to work 2 years for vacation and 1 year for pto time. I have never seen a company do this to employees.

Pros

This company will give you the basics, average to below average pay and moderate to low opportunity to move up the ladder.

Cons

Management is scared to lose employees so they make it very difficult to move within the organization. Low pay, bonuses much smaller than advertised. PMP program is ridiculous.
