Bureaucracy and internal politics,Biased performance management especially towards well connected/established. Paradoxical approach to new resources, Lack of respect for individual (in developing regions), no concrete policies and culture for growth, career aspirations, salary increments/bonuses. No vision /focus , frequently changing goals (perhaps has to do with recent KWE acquisition). Inconsistency of policies across regions e.g. office timings and work from home

Australian offices, good management/director, excellent team to work with in operations and sales Good professional attitude and realistic targets. Open management style willing to listen to ideas. Would work with them again.
