Pros

Opportunity to learn different positions. Training classes one monthly. Choice to take hazardous material clean up (HAZWOPER) course, company paid and bonus.

Cons

Management does not stand by rules and policies they repeatedly remind you of. Very cold during winter, very hot during summer and very dusty. Often does not hire for full-time employment with a felony on your background. People lack the need to fulfill job requirements on a regular basis.

Cons

Too much work. Can't perform at a consistent level which leads to diminished confidence. Long working hours as you have to be available for conference calls with Asia.
