Collaboration & Inclusiveness - As long as you know what you would want to ask, culture here is that your colleagues would be willing to help. It feels like a family coming to work

Cons

Professionalism - Human Resource (HR) is one of the worst I have experienced here. Do expect to navigate around without HR to assist, even if it is for honest feedback on challenges you are facing
