the company made salary adjustment in 2021 to match with the market, luckily with the salary adjustment and annual salary increase, I got 2 raises in one year.

Cons

The company is pretty generous with poor performance with the consideration of people with different experience and background, but I think if the company can be more strict with the requirement and process, it can be a real top company of the industry.
