flexi working arrangement, flexi lunch hour and working hour, kind colleagues around.

upper management is playing politic games and finally the shared service in Malaysia is being made redundancy due to losing out in protecting the portfolio in malaysia by finance depatment in singapore. you call it as your new direction in apll but you know it the best. we welcome new center head, new hr head, new coo in 2022...little did we know my colleagues will be facing this within a short time like this.
