Cons

Mandatory 6 days a week. Horrible management. Favoritism among supervisors and employees. The harder you work the more you get picked on. The lazier you are the lazier you can be.

Highly performance driven. Visionary 3PL. A progressive company that measure individual performance and reward accordingly. Little to no politics. No time as everyone want to give their best and put company interest upfront.

Cons

Lack of young talents. Good to invest in management trainees.
