      They provide lots of trainings and capacitation.

      Cons

      Management preparation is poor, they do not talk too much with analysts comunicacion has lots of constraints, is hard to get feedback from sales teams or higher supervisors on time when works gets complicated and you need help. it's a nightmare 😫 😔 😞
