Pros
Good pay structure, good other benefits, co workers are very much cooperative than the management, no time restriction, work from home option is quite healthy
Cons
Too much dependence on top management, no view taken from the employee who are down the level, If the top management likes an employee even though he or she is not good with the other staff that particular employee take lot of advantage and miseuses powers. Haste decision are taken and innocent employees suffers. Immature MD who is working at a wrong place.
