Good work/life balance pending role within company. Great job finding ways to bring the team together with social events. Pay is pretty competitive. Benefits are good.

Cons

Some members of management don't have a clue as to what is going on so depending on what team you end up on you could end up picking up managements slack. The sales team lacks in the main part of their job (selling). Upper managment doesn't really really hear lower management or employees.
