      A lot of friendships with staff who cares and committed at work.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and zero strategy to grow our business. We have an ignorant CHRO, high HR turnover who has a lack of sympathy for her employees.

      Pros

      This company has below favourable points for employees. 1. Medical Coverage 2. Flexible work timings ( WFH is also available depending upon Manager) 3. Office Location - Its located at very nice place and convenient to reach from all part of singapore. 4. Friendly Colleagues

      Cons

      This Company is not growing well in terms of revenue and mostly trimming its workforce to show Profit. Folks are randomly asked to leave without giving any reasons. Job Security is not applicable here as anyone can be asked to go irrespective Full Time employee. Politics and Favouritism is on extremely higher side in this company. Many undeserving ppl are getting everything regardless of performance. Yearly PMP review is just for the sake of records as it would determine only on base of relation with the Boss. Company IT is completely outsourced to Vendors and internal folks mostly just act as messenger. Huge disparity in salary across the same level of employees. Yearly Bonus would never be given as promised during hiring.
