Pros

Great entry level position to learn about the transportation industry. Competitive salary, great work life balance, intro to sales, room for advancement.

Cons

The company is not in the black overall so there can be some negative attitudes around. The work can seem mundane if you are in this position for years. The sales support role is designed for advancement so you will get bored if you don't challenge yourself to advance.

Cons

APL favors outside hires compared to internal as outside hires make significantly more money ($10,000+) for doing the exact same job Respond to emails all day People leave the company all the time or get promoted and you have to cover their work for the same amount of pay (overtime is available)
