Amazing benefits! Competitive wages, free lunch/cafeteria, free clothing and shoes for operations employees, bonus potential, training path to increase base pay, great health benefits, free downtown parking, immediate 401k vesting

Cons

Not a con in my opinion, but the company has high expectations for performance at all levels. If you want to work hard and learn, then this is the place to be.

It’s a job that will pay you. And you learn about gold. Kind of interesting.

Cons

At no point in my time did I feel actually welcome. I felt like a burden from the day I started and had to effectively beg for any guidance on anything. I do not recommend this place at all. There are photos of Trump on walls for reference.
