Climate controlled environment Affordable insurance Central location

Cons

No one trains you and then you get in trouble for not knowing coworkers slack and management does nothing, leaving me all the work no room for growth no raises, I have been there almost 2 years, with no raise, literally got a pay deduction of a dollar Favoritism No communication They give you PTO but will never approve you to use it unless you are friends with management. They want you to do extra work, work extra hours, with no compensation

Pros

Sometimes they donate $250,000 to the Regional Foodbank of Oklahoma instead of paying their employees a living wage.

Cons

Incompetent and dysfunctional management. Don't expect comprehensive training for your position, but DO expect to be met with impatience and anger from superiors for not knowing what nobody told you. Complete disorganization and pettiness from superiors. DO NOT work here is you have any self respect.
