Business Outlook
Pros
I enjoyed the free lunches while still having the flexibility to eat elsewhere. The people were nice and welcoming. There was always work to be done. Training was adequate and I was able to learn the company's systems quickly.
Cons
The work was not challenging enough for me. I felt there was no real direction/goal and projects were often cancelled or postponed shortly after being assigned. With better analysis of the problem and situation, this issue would likely occur less. Projects have no real structure to them. I often felt micromanaged which conflicts with my personality.
